As a Rescue Attendant, you’ll play a critical role in keeping workers safe during confined space operations. You’ll be the eyes, ears, and first line of support for the team working inside.

• Monitor the safety of workers inside the confined space
   
• Maintain continuous visual and/or verbal communication with entrants
   
• Be stationed at or near the confined space entrance at all times
   
• Provide assistance to workers as needed
   
• Summon rescue or emergency response if required
   

• Reliable, attentive, and calm under pressure
   
• Experience is a plus — but training will be provided
   
• All work is performed as part of a trained and experienced team

We're looking for confident, capable individuals to join our Rescue Technician team. In this role, you'll support confined space and high-angle operations with a strong focus on safety, communication, and technical excellence.

• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
   
• Strong customer service mindset — experience is an asset
   
• First responder background is preferred but not required
   
• Previous emergency services or military experience is an advantage
   
• Working knowledge of provincial/federal regulations and NFPA standards is essential
   
• NFPA 1006 – Confined Space Technician-level training is a strong asset
   
• Industrial Rope Access certification (SPRAT or IRATA) is a bonus

• Adapt delivery to suit different industries and experience levels
